Only 270 were produced

To me, this is one of the greatest statues on the market. The details and painting are great. Even the fishnet stockings are sculpted. The Eva Green likeness is great.
The statue does not have to hide behind any new statue.

Be careful when unpacking. Especially the back with the spines is quite sensitive. The statue comes in one piece and is quite heavy.

The statue finally arrived but damaged - bought on Ebay, shipped via UPS.

What recourse (if any) is there for a buyer if the statue arrives damaged?

Even before opening the box, I immediately sensed something was wrong because there was a rattling noise with something loose when I picked up the package. The statue had the following issues:

- Right Leg fracture

- Multiple broken resin fragments (upper boot area)

- Insects (several bugs, sack of eggs/larvae, cobwebs?)

The leg fracture is a relatively clean break so theoretically it can be glued back but I do wonder about the future stability (and future resale) of the statue; however, all the little broken fragments on the boots would be tougher to glue back.

Can I get a Full Refund or Partial Refund?

Presumably I would have to send back the statue for a full refund; however, with such a limited run of 270, I would be open to a compromise and settle for partial refund (which I feel would be fair to both parties, it's not worth the full $1,100 paid) - what would be a fair price for damaged?

I'm willing to work with the seller but what is the normal protocol?

Been an Ebayer since 1998 w/ 100% feedback and never run into a similar issue. The seller also dates back to 1998 w/100% feedback.

I wouldn't want it.
