Is the left one the one you're referring to? Planning to display it with the JND dual.

This is a downgrade and a big disappointment. I am probably going to cancel this. It is not Reeve. The first sculpt was better.

Let's put this into perspective compared to the other 1/3 Reeve Superman that was available to us previously.

Are JND and their distributors going to refund collectors who want to cancel because they dislike the revised head sculpt?

I don't see why people are disappointed with this. I'm keeping my pre-order for the dual and look forward to displaying these stunning pieces of work.

The 1st sculpt looked better, it also looked less Reeve.

I just cancelled my order. I hope I can get my NRD back. I wanted this statue so bad but not like this. Very sad about the statue.

I strongly doubt it. All of these companies state clearly in their advertising and release of pre orders - that the item shown may be subject to change.

I imagine it would only be in extreme cases where the product changed significantly from the original prototype - that customers would have a solid argument for a full refund - I'm talking about something like Harley Quinn being the prototype, and Captain America being the production - a silly example, for sure - but that's the degree of change were someone would likely be able to back out and get their NRD......
