The quickest way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket.

Some amazing looking stuff there. The Stargate Horus piece looks very cool as does the Starship Troopers bug.

I suppose there is always a risk involved with any new venture, but it won't stop me being any less excited about these. Where's the fun in that

Being a little sceptical is always healthy, but at the same time, if someone is making the products you want, not supporting them (especially a new company) is just a bad idea!

As a purchasing party, there's loads of things you can do to protect yourself financially, for instance paying for the purchase with a credit card.

I'd be less concerned if my email had been answered, I want to place an order.

How long does it take to answer my shipping question, it is after all $1300 we're talking about.

Reason could be that they're at Wonderfest? I would love to order too, just waiting on some feedback.
I'm not really fussed about edition size either. Whether they make 1000 or not, doesn't bother me. (As long as I get 1)

I know I sent them an email 3 times, phoned them about 6 times and sent them numerous facebook messages about the shipping...still no answer. I'm not the only one who's asked either lots of people have. On the facebook page they are answering peoples questions but are just being very selective about who they answer and are it seems ignoring the question about shipping. Either they actually don't care about it or are taking peoples orders for the sake of making more money. If this is how hard it is to contact them about a simple question on shipping how hard would it be to get a refund if anything goes wrong...

Id advise you to go to the facebook page and basically spam it with questions about the shipping until they have no choice but to answer.

Exactly .

If they won't answer a simply shipping question I just won't buy it. Cutting my nose off to spite my face but at the end of the day I'm through jumping through hoops for these companies.

This. I always extrapolate the a company's willingness and ability (or lack thereof) to communicate up front as to how they will deal with me once they have my money and heaven forsake, there is an issue with the product.
