Definitely.
I think it's hard to take criticism, constructive or otherwise, when you have passion for the work that is being discussed. That I understand.
However there is a right and a wrong way to take that criticism.
The wrong way has been demonstrated here. The pick your ball up and go home approach is disrespectful to the fans and forum members here. That's what the forum rules are for, the report button and the mods are here to help, is it any wonder they get annoyed when they give people ample opportunity to correct things but they don't, and then pitch a fit when they let things go too far?
I just hope ARH as a company learn something productive from this experience.

buuuuuuuuuuuuut, that was before Averone copied Rocket's "market research" thread idea from early this morning to a different forum, used the same title, same point system, but had the following caveat,
"...Please ignore any other thread elsewhere as it is a false sense of reality...".
and of course this was added in reference to Artist Proofs
"They have a human touch to them but may not had the box or been offered with a box to start with. (This will not count/ should not be counted against us, since that was clear in the description of the purchased AP)"
So if you weren't happy because of the box situation, your negative points don't count. Now, I understand the initial wait, but not receiving at all, or the belittling treatment due to the box inquiry is over the top.
Damn, I give up.

So wait a second? The owner of the company said he would be delivering boxes to people for those APs, but now the living planet is saying that since they weren't originally included in the purchase, the lack of a box can't be held against them??? So now what the owner says he's going to do for his customers shouldn't be taken at face value (according to T.L.P.)?? That must be some good ganja he's
