I looked through some Jungle Girl art online and Frank Cho did draw her with painted nails a couple of times. So maybe it was Cho's idea to have them on the statue.

I think it's a fully sculpted body.
Switch out are probably the hands and maybe the head. (But not sure with the head)
Dions have a small seam on their arm (??)
