Agreed. I think it is a great choice.

I don't think a Gandalf bust is far behind. It will show up sooner or later.

WISHFUL THINKING.

Come back to reality bro! 50 of these wouldn’t even sell lol.

A character that held maybe 8 minutes of meh screen time in the trilogy hardly holds any attachment to the viewer. Most of the minutes are only in the extended version lol. He was basically cast aside. 200 no even 100 of these at 4Gs for this cast aside character? Not happening lol.

This definitely has high cool factor. However, cool factor always wears off. There are more level headed collectors at this price point. This will def be one of the, “I rather spend 4Gs on a more relevant character and that I actually love”. Of course this will be a space hog. Just having cool factor isn’t good enough at this price.

I am all for doing obscure characters. More companies need to. However, in this particular case Saruman before any of the stars is a big time fail. This should have been made midway through or near the end of the line, after the stars. Collectors would justify buying this way more then imo.

Forget Infinity, a Forps return here would definitely bring some energy to the forum.

He’s just a contrarian. Everything he writes is just to get a reaction. Best defence is just not to engage……..which can be quite difficult to resist when you come across someone so grossly opinionated.

While I would’ve preferred another choice, I will admit, that from what I can see this definitely looks great, and the piece just exudes Saruman.

And of course it’s nice to get a great representation of the late great Christopher Lee. If he were still alive he would be over 100 years old.

"8 minutes of meh screen time"?

You really hate Saruman, don't you.

Completely disagree, he actually had more screen time than any other "bad guy"(which is all some people collect) and more than a lot of other characters in the first 2. I guess we will just have to wait and see...

You are incorrect, no hate. It was a guesstimate. I believe it was like 12 minutes or so in the entire trilogy. Which was BS imo. The great Christopher Lee deserved more screen time. As well as the character Saruman. I always thought that Jackson F’d up on that and casted Saruman aside. Many agreed at the time as well.

Also like I stated this is awesome. It’s well done and the likeness is excellent. Can’t see this coming out exactly like this though and it’s probably going to be more like 5Gs or more. At least Queen will be showing Gandalf soon.
