Cancellation Policy
Recently I pre ordered two items which rounded my 1st payment to around $200 , I then had to Sadly cancel my pre-order due to unforeseen circumstances. The issue now stands that I canceled my order + an email was sent out in regards to cancelation and I have not heard back from them for refund or even partial refund. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong on my end? Has this been an issue with any of you?

Never ordered from them so I'm not sure of their policies. Was it a non refundable deposit?

Ya 25 NRD is understandable but to take 1/4 of the statues cost as a NRD doesn't seem reasonable right?

It isn't. A penalty fee or reasonable percentage held back to cover costs and inconvenience is one thing, pocketing close on $200 is quite another.
I'd look into doing a chargeback if they continue to refuse to be more reasonable on the matter. Especially if they continue to refuse to even communicate on the issue, and don't respond to emails. Just note that going down the chargeback route, even if successful, will almost definitely get you blacklisted from ordering anything direct from them in future.

What's the point in cancelling after 48 hours. Usually something happens to warrant cancelling far after that. And not responding to emails is down right childish. Even though I would probably just call on something like this. Get to the issue fast instead of waiting.
