Cool man! Way to go with the sig. I'll get my hands on one when the time comes. Right now I have 2 kits lined up for paint, so between paying for the kits and paint I'm tapped out on statue purchases for the time being.
Right now photography is strictly a hobby for me. I bought a domain name back in college ( www.mcmphotography.com) but I have yet to build the site. I hope to turn it into a business in the future. 100% self taught thus far but I plan to take some classes to improve my skills.

same here but i always flirt with the idea to take it further. my wife keeps forwarding me these little gigs that don't pay much but says it might be good experience.

I hear ya...it's not much $ but it's a start depending on how you look at it. I'm going to start to look for small local gigs and see if I can at least make a few bucks with the camera here and there. Hey, you never know, it could lead to bigger and better things.
Where has your wife been finding these ads? Any suggestions on where to look?
