Totally agree. This face is terrible IMO. The pose doesn't look too bad though.

I’m really glad I collected the original set of Mythos statues because the new offerings for the most part are....lacking. This piece and General Kenobi lack the realism the older pieces have and what’s with the Clone Wars aesthetic? I think that’s what is bugging me: the art direction is more cartoony approach, which is fine if it is a Clone Wars line, but this is Mythos and I hope they right the ship and return to more realistic sculpts.

i like everything about it except the portrait. i thought it wasnt as bad until i watched the booth tour. is there any chance sideshow will alter the sculpt before release ?

I've only seen Sideshow ever alter a portrait once(Psylocke) after massive fan backlash.
