Tasteless Hurricane comment.
Watching the news this morning (local KSBY 6), their first story was on the hurricane.. and they recapped again on the hurricane at the end of their 30 minute broadcast. When the station's identification was appearing on-screen after the recap, the two anchorpeople were discussing it with their mics still live, and you could hear the woman saying "better them than us".
Seriously? The fact that someone would say that is bad enough, but hearing it from someone who reports the news daily, and is supposed to either remain impartial or at least have some semblance of tact to her demeanor ...? She should be reprimanded or lose her job entirely; sadly, probably neither will occur.

Probably saying something we've all thought at one time or another. I'd say a public apology is warranted but not termination.

True, Keith; I wouldn't wish a hurricane on anyone (not saying you or anyone else would), but yeah... probably an apology would suffice.

I disagree, she'll probably be reprimanded and made to apologize. What a c*nt!
Man, I've been using that "c" word a lot lately... I need to cut back...
