After Burner Climax

Just came out this week. If you guys are fans of the Sega arcade classic (if you're not, something's wrong with you), you should love this one. It's not as fun as playing it in the super deluxe arcade cabinet (check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6DzpwvU02tA), but it's still great on its own if you like arcade style games.

Great deal for 800 points ($10 bucks, whatever it comes to). Looks great, sounds great, plays great. Must have for me

I will most likely buy this as well. At the very least I will be checking out the demo!

Okay, I just got done playing the demo. It was a lot of fun, but I don't know if it was $10 worth of fun. I may hold off on buying this one until it is 400 MS points.

I just think to myself, "I could buy two costume packs for Super Street Fighter IV for the price of this game".

You mean Capcom's Mercs? Because there is a version on one of the PS2 classics discs. I can't remember if it's volume 1 or 2. There was a version on SEGA Genesis as well. That Genesis version is better I think because it's more balanced and has the arcade and normal modes.

I might pick up Afterburner Climax this weekend. I really prefer physical versions of favorite games. I've been waiting on this one for a while. This should have come out a long time ago along with many classic SEGA arcade titles.

The game is now $5 between Dec 21st and January 3rd. I didn't think there was any excuse not to buy it at $10, but this is just a frikkan steal for the incredible quality. One of the best PS3/360 downloadable releases to date.
