I learned something new today.
If you mix up apoxie sculpt, put it in a measuring cup, and microwave it, it will catch fire.
IT WILL CATCH FIRE.
It smells awful too.
I am going to be purchasing a new microwave today, and a new measuring cup.
This is why my wife doesn't let me do some things unsupervised. Had I called AVES, I might have been talked out of my idiocy. Unfortunately, they aren't open, and I can't call them at home.
So, that's my cautionary tale of the month.

So, the Apoxie Sculpt hardened and you wanted to soften it up so you put it in the microwave?

Did you bought the cheaper, older Apoxie Sculpt they had on sale? Any other DON'Ts when working with Apoxie Sculpt that you know of? Can you bake the Apoxie Sculpt after 24 hours of curing?
Trying to avoid having to buy a new oven or insurance claim on a burned down house. Thanks.
