Does this bust really have 1 arm and not the other? Or just the design of the announcement banner?

This will be a common thing with 3D sculpts for now on, you will be able to cut down files, tweak them and keep all the faces uniformed thru the different scales and statues.

Which is why the WW bust looks close to the statue as well.
