That's somewhat inaccurate. It's well known that red is the most susceptible to UV light, and guess which color Magneto is mostly?

Purple and blue aren't far behind, but the only reason for such a disclaimer is that they knowingly used an inferior paint for the purple.

Even red paint can be made to higher standards, so this purple absolutely should.

That said, it's all somewhat moot. Avoiding UV should be a priority for any collector.

Agree, to a point. The problem is, even just having a window in a room can constitute a light source. It doesn't have to be direct sunlight hitting the piece. For me to display a statue in windowless room, Mags would have to be on my toilet
