It's actually not so different.
you can find good anatomy books in any book store but I personally am a cheap bastard and only pull pictures from internet and for most of the time observe my own body as reference.

And yes, the nose on that left one came out much better.
Just remember one thing, there's no such thing as sculpey too hard.
I used Sculpey III on my first few sculpt and it pissed me off bad, and finally found Super Sculpey which is much better but still I can only do so much with it.
I'm now using only Super Sculpey Firm.
You might as well want to try those mediums.
