Don't remember the scale and searching their super long videos is impossible. It was a comic piece though and almost plagiarism level for how close it was to the Flash pose including the base. Probably 1/10 since they've been quiet on the 1/4 stuff.

Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

It's 1/10, part of their X-Men Sentinel diorama. Here it is.

Yup, that's what I figured. Cause I don't recall a 1/4 Quicksilver announcement from Iron Studios.

SSC should take some pointers from Iron Studios, tho. At least Iron Studios is releasing a QS with SW.

XM was working on a 1/4 QS a long time ago. They even had 2 prototypes that they showed. One of him running and one in a museum pose. It's strange that neither got released. After all this time, I'm assuming the project got scrapped. I wonder if they will try again with the character.

Things to take into consideration with regards to the Sideshow piece:
Remove the after FX - the back-drop.. the light FX.. take into account the fabric cape.. ..and what does the base look like? ..and how will the downgrade from proto to factory production piece look?
Only then should you compare it to the XM Stuido's 'production' piece

Here is My XM Studio's Scarlett Witch 1/4 scale. She looks out of this world. No fabric cape.

The XM portrait reminds a little of:

Yep. This is my biggest issue with the SSC vs. XM debate going on. You are looking at a jazzed up image of a prototype vs. an actual production piece for XM. The true comparison of these two will be here in 12-15 months when the SSC production piece finally arrives. I am sure folks will continue to debate this though (hey, it is a forum so I'm good with that).

Whoa.

I'm loving the design on that one. Or at least what I can make out from the unpainted proto.

1/10 isn't the most impressive scale,. For my needs, it might be better overall for a property I'd like to have, but don't want to necessarily exhaust PF money or storage/display space on.
A classic, comic accurate SW falls in that category.

For 1/4, I'm probably not going to commit to anything until I see what Queen does with an EO Wanda.

I can't believe how static that portrait is. Lack of any emotion or expression. Looks like a mannequin.

Why does XM always have to put so much red in their eyes, as if they just got done smoking a blunt?
