Escape from LA is really cheesy where Escape from New York was just a little cheesy

I've seen both of them and the LA one didn't ruin the New York one for me...

justice league dark: apokolips war - 8/10

i grade animated movies on a different scale, but this was a pretty solid flick. its meant to be a bookend to the current dc animated universe and it does a decent job of that. its absolutely brutal though, its rated R for graphic violence and it takes full advantage of that

lovebirds - 5/10

watched this on the recommendation of a friend, pretty meh imo

I tried watching this with the French audio track and English subtitles and it totally worked as a faux French film. This will be the way I screen this movie going forward. 9/10
Great idea. I haven’t watched too many movies lately as I was taking 2 college classes and my free time I was spending playing Final Fantasy 7 remake. I may watch Ratatouille after your idea of watching it in French.

Thanks for the idea.

Harley Quinn Birds of Prey -- 2/10

This has to be one of the worst comic films ever made. Wow. I am stunned at how awful this film was.

What's the Worst That Could Happen? 9/10

Loved this one with Danny Devito and Martin Lawrence. Really funny stuff.

maleficent - 5/10

i thought this movie was pretty whack, maleficent looked cool though. the world building and a lot of the visuals were cool but pretty sketchy cgi most of the time imo and the third act was pretty bizarre. my girlfriends movie watching decisions are now suspended pending further review...

Worse than Venom? That to me is by far the worst comic book movie to date. I literally was squirming in my seat at the movie theater waiting for it to end. I would of walked out but I had my son and his friend with me. Absolutely awful in my opinion.

I went to a general store. They wouldn't let me buy anything specifically.
