A few hours or so? I don’t think this was as big a deal as Psylocke overall.

Personally speaking Psylocke was a larger deal because I loved the Uncanny X-Force comic series. With this I just have no idea when another classic comic colors Batgirl will release, so it was just “why not?” for me. Got a Batman, Robin, Catwoman and Harley she can slot next to.

Welp, had to go ahead and get this one. It’s the classic colors I’ve repeatedly mentioned.

When I first saw the preorder page, I immediately thought of Detective Comics 359. Then I realized it wasn’t quite that, BUT…..it’s close enough. I caved and ordered.

Exactly. Not exact, but close enough. Boots and belt are different, and the comics had a brighter shade of the blue, but I can live with what we got.

Missing X-Force Psylocke still haunts me.

Doh. Missed it. Cant keep up with American timings of these events, always missing out on limited editions and promo codes because of the time difference outside of the US. No doubt many have been snapped up by resellers. Already seen a confirmed order being advertised on facebook for 1250US!

I'm impressed at the full level of painting changes they did with this. Even the base is a different scheme. The gold is a fun paint selection.

Psylocke was a bigger deal for many reason - the most being the face of perfection.

I'm scared as hell something like this will happen with Storm. It did before and I missed scoring the white variant (I didn't love it, but I wanted it none the the less). 150 is such a small number. I think for stupid popular characters like X-Men they should do 300 variant.
