Well, with the number of TMNT items PCS has in the pipeline (or more aptly in the sewer line), I wouldn't be surprised if they decided to offer these character busts individually for collectors who can't afford the whole poster diorama or don't have the space for it.

Making it easier for fans who just want the life size head busts of characters of their choosing, which can be displayed individually on a shelf.

Except they aren't "busts", they're partials to suit the movie poster. No one is going to want to buy a slice of of one portrait.

If they are indeed only making partial pieces, then you're right, no one would be interested in a slice of a Turtle's head (expect Shredder).

For this poster diorama, I wasn't expecting them to make full head busts, but from the work in progress shot and their FB comment confirming it as a bust, it led me to believe they will be full heads. But now pondering further I think they will be cut off at the neck for two of them and just below the snout or mouth for the other two.

It's going to be just like the movie poster.. as much head showing for each as you would see there, I don't think they'll offer them separately :<
