Didn't put two and two together, until recently that The Werewolf by Night's name was Jack Russell (after the dog). I always knew his name, just never made the connection.

And in some cases of art imitating life. When John Byrne was on Wonder Woman he had Princess Diana "die" and ascend to godhood (around # 125) . The issue cam out within a week or so of the real Princess Diana's tragic auto accident.
And of course the Superman issue during "Our Worlds at War" when they show the World Trade Center in flames the week after 9-11. Very tragic events that happened to coincide with fiction. eerie
