That's smoke on half of the three turtles in back all painted one color.... With pretty much all same head skulpt
Turtles in the back seem smaller too
That's technically two maybe two and a half full sized turtles

If they are smaller only slightly so, and it's not just one color there is some shading effects going on there. It's huge, I'm guessing 1/4th scale.

For me this is too awesome to pass up so I'll be getting it regardless of price. PCS has been great with their edition sizes so this could be a potential grail, especially since this is likely the only TMNT Ronin piece out there at the moment. In my opinion at least.
