Problem with Adamantium Membership

I recently signed up for an Adamantium Membership, and the FAQ indicates that it's supposed to start immediately after payment is processed. However, I still don't have membership, or access. Does anyone know who I can contact about this?

I appreciate your effort, but I signed up on Tuesday and still don't have access, so I don't have high hopes for the outcome if this endeavor.

Think they are having serious issues with the site. Most people (if not all) said they weren’t getting the automated emails anymore and about a month ago I told a lady about this site and she signed up. Got the verification email but then was never allowed to post. Now she says it says she is permanently banned. She gave up on it. It said there was no reason for the ban and since she was never even allowed to post not sure how she got banned.
This was regular not adamantium though.
