Im curious how detailed the base is on the cinta edition. QS is notorious for low detailed cheap looking bases.

The 3 or 4 QS pieces I have gotten all had nice bases. Which ones are you talking about?

I have more than a dozen Queen pieces (but not this Balrog), and it's definitely a weak point of Queens, something I've noted whenever it's an environmental base. Otherwise it's usually fine.

But in general the worst environmental bases imo, are from Iron Studios.

How impressive is the resin detail on a bust this size, instead of using fiberglass. On the other hand, cheapy, non sense flames. Better if wallmounted this one.

It's the worst part of the Queen pieces. Cheap looking, cheaply made, and worst of all zero art direction there.

The Alita base is very good because it wasn't made by them, it's an external comission.

And yet 4 years later they keep doing these silly bases, charging top dollar. They should improve that aspect.
