That'd be a huge waste of time...
The whole point is, it is not the judge's duty to remind people turning off the cell phone or following the court rules.
It is when people like that phone owner who decided to challenge the law ticks me off.
It's never about making a mistake or finding the culprit, they are grown-ups who should realize what is to do and what is not.
Disrespecting a judge by playing dumb is really intolerable especially when it's that owner at fault.
