Regarding that obscenely large base, I could see myself sacrificing the future resale of this item and forcefully removing the figure from the base, pinning the feet, and mounting it to a small simple square base, then surrounding the entire thing in an acrylic case just like the Sano Alien.

Do we know if it's fixed to the base? The Dog Alien body had to be placed, if I recall correctly.

You're absolutely correct, idk what I was thinking. Might not be much of a job afterall. Simple drill skills with some drill bits into a custom base might do the trick. Test-fit the foot pegs into some pre-drilled holes in a wooden block, then measure the distance on the original base, and you're set. This may save some display space in addition to simplifying the look. The hardest part would be finding a suitable base replacement, something simple, yet decently heavy.

These turntable videos do look great and show the statues in an impressive way. Much more immersive I would say, as the photo shots.
Only negative point is the huge back wall that disguises the whole rear side of the figures and therefore makes a turntable vid useless. So hope this statue can be displayed without these as well, other, they are gorgeous.

I think the wall and base are awesome. Although they're large, they're meant to compliment the piece and serve as more of a diorama. I'm typically not a fan of Prime 1's bases, in particular the Batman stuff. But I think this base perfectly compliments the figure.

Same here, like the base.
I have pre ordered the deluxe action pose, the other pose has been done too many times.

Is the back of the base detachable? would like to display it with just the bottom base.

Yeah, it's baffling as to why this has a wall mount option really. It's a monster, almost as big as the 1/2 Arnie!
