I love the transparent look of the dome. Isn't that the way it's supposed to be?

Yeah but it's not transparent in the movie. I discovered the skull beneath the dome when Cool Props made their products available.

Hopefully they don't get glue streaks on this Big Chap's dome, like they did to my Scorpion Alien statue. That's one thing that I'd be looking for when it starts shipping.

I'm hoping the dome is a separate piece and doesn't require any sort of gluing.

It's definitely a separate piece, just like almost every Alien statue I have, but for your guys sake, let's hope they be more careful attaching it. The dome is basically a clear plastic lid. Nothing fancy like translucent resin, which I would of preferred.

I probably would of still ordered it, figuring they won't make this same mistake again to me, but I'm putting my money on another 1/3 statue soon, so I had to pass. These statues ain't exactly cheap you know.
