You all better hope they don't use the same styrofoam packaging, or half of you's are going to get broken parts like I did.

I literally just got the Dog Alien over the weekend, which is definitely their best piece to date. What's stopping them from releasing that one too? Hell, any statue that's in high demand, just make it again and ignore the Edition Sizes for now on. This way our statue's will be half as valuable as what we paid
retail for them, oppose to being hundreds more right. It's just money for something you don't really need in life. Who cares about money at the end of the day.

I just got Dog 4 months ago too. Definitely paid aftermarket price for it. Man, if P1 re-release it, that is a kick to the groin.

Are you suggesting that if they raise edition sizes the price of their products would decrease?

Believe it or not, some people don't buy these statues solely with the mindset that they're owed a massive profit from flipping them later on.

But yeah, the dog alien should be re-released so those who desire it yet never had the chance to purchase it can now.

Shady AF. Prime continues to find a new low and lose more credibility in my eyes. Even though I liked it when I had the og, no way am I even considering getting the re-issue. Are we taking bets how much of a price increase this is gonna be? Put me down for $200 lol. They probably feel so clever for reversing the regular and DX heads.

The bust stand is the same as the first run and P1 said on FB that they have no plans to redesign it after getting asked whether they would make it more stable.

I have no sympathy for crybabies that are pissy about a re-release just because they don't want to share their toys with other fans. I'm an Alien fan. Not some snobby rare art collector. Anyone who has a massive appreciation for the character, story, franchise, design, etc, should have the chance to obtain a piece like this. Not to mention at the end of the day this is just a mass-produced, glorified piece made from a large company. Not some original by Michelangelo.

The negative side to re-releases, which I do agree is wrong, is when someone ends up paying a fortune on eBay for a piece they didn't expect to ever have a chance of acquiring again.

If you knew about this piece and haven't found a way to purchase it, you were not an Alien fan enough.
If you knew it was a homerun and STILL haven't found a way to own it, you were not an Alien fan enough.
It's that simple, this is how this hobby works, this is how it always worked.

Some might have financial trouble at a certain point, sure, and that's why some people spend decades in the aftermarket looking for the proper deal. That's the way you do it, you don't simply destroys the entire ----ing hobby because you missed out on a toy.
