Those are the reasons I pulled the Trigger on the Prime 1 Lee version..will never use the Pattinson head. And really don’t like the base..doesn’t even have wheels..just cut off on the sides..looks bad.
On the other hand.
QS did a fantastic job on this. Looks amazing, just not a Batman I would display.

a surprising miss from queen, honestly i dont like much other than the look of the suit less the cowl (which seems too large for some reason)

I agree the unmasked version is nicer than the masked portrait.
Thing is, he looks more like Nightwing than Batman IMHO.
I don't know what they were thinking with that collar/ cowl design.

600 USD deposit.....wow, that's steep. I guess if you want this you need to go balls deep and don't pull out....cause once you're in, the baby's coming!
I think I'll pass.

If you don't mind missing out on the unmasked portrait, that price for the regular edition ain't so bad.

That's the kicker though, this is a rare instance where the unmasked version looks better.

True, but I've heard many people say they'd never display an unmasked portrait on a Batman piece, so at least those folks will benefit from a more reasonable price.

Decisions, decisions.
I’m one of the rare collectors who more often than not, actually displays the unmasked head sculpts the bulk of the time.
The armour appears to be more accurate here than on Prime 1, but obviously the base isn’t that great.
I know others weren’t that hot on the unmasked sculpt, but I actually like it for some reason.

Well, what do we have now? Four 1/3 options for The Batman movie? I think that even though prices are going up and up at least there will be plenty of choices for those interested. Hopefully there will be another 1/3 Batfleck and Keaton Bats in the future. The Flash movie is coming around this time next year I think.

I'm almost certain it was inspired by Batman White Knight and Sean Murphy's art in the book which is FYI quite popular.
