Shipping update new ARH statues

Although our most recent shipment from China arrived in the US on Nov. 13th, US Customs has held the whole container for X-Raying until yesterday (20nov). If that wasn't enough, now our container was sent for further inspection where they will open it and check the whole cargo box by box! (Not all the boxes, of course!)

Unfortunately due the Thanksgiving holidays, the warehouse (and anybody else) will not be open Thursday or Friday, so the closest date possible to release the cargo is Nov. 29th.

This sucks, and I'm really frustrated. I want to apologize for this delay, but this situation is beyond my control. I still support our US customs system since it is their duty to protect our country against traffic and other threats that can be shipped into our country.

Let's just wait and hope they won't break our statues!!!

I cannot ship any Medusa, Thor, Athena or Pocahontas AP or regular until I get a hold of this container.

The container also has the empty AP boxes. I can't ship the APs without these boxes.

Would be nice if ARH would have told us directly what is going on!
I am not blaming them or anything! It just would have been nice to know when your statue gets shipped! Especially since we all paid a lot of money a very long time in advance.

Sorry guys for no communications for a while
We ran into some issues with customs in the US and much unnecessary delays
The factory is doing a great job and the production samples are looking really awesome!

I just saw all the final painted AP's of Athena and Pocahontas
They came out very nicely. Great work Arahom and crew!!

Today we are shipping all AP's of Athena and Pocahontas via FDX
For those who have been waiting on these the final hour is at hand

All orders of APs so far are being shipped by FDX inside of US and USPS for those international orders outside of US.

Answer by ARH:
"We are no longer producing colored boxes for any of our statues. All statues ship in plain white boxes. Your Medusa was shipped in the same boxes as everyone else. We only changed the outer carton that now is two parts instead of one."
