Woohoo! I received the Jim Lee new 52 Supes statue today. My statue has zero paint issues. I love it! I'm definitely looking forward to the Kenneth Rocafort version!
Just picked this up today. I've always wanted one but the first release GL Battery was always too expensive. Pre-ordered this new one and it's perfect. Made from high quality resin it is solid. Paint job is flawless. Handle fits nicely and the piece has a nice heft to it. Both sides of the lantern light up when the ring touches the glass on either side. I tried other items, coin, hand, pen, but only the ring would light it up. After about 30 seconds the light fades off. Close to 12" high. I couldn't be happier.
My gf is besides herself with excitement about getting it this weekend, after nearly 3 months of delays
