Looking at getting at Canon 7D

Looking at getting a Canon 7D with tax money , Any forum members have or have used this camera?

Just wanted to see how people liked the camera, I currently borrow a friends D90. I just want to get a camera for myself.

It's pretty fantastic and one of the best cameras I've used, I really enjoyed the feel and operation of it. The only reason I got the 60D was because at the time the 7D didn't have separate audio levels for video and since I was doing some videography, it was a better choice. I believe the 7D was upgraded to have that via firmware.

So I went and purchased the 7D had a great deal locally I couldn't pass it up

1599 w/100 rebate body + lens. So 1499 after all said and done.
