Dang. If the first replacement doesn’t get it done I move on with a refund. I can’t imagine going through that 5 times no matter the statue.

I always get message after the first attempt. Lucky some get five replacements.

A random thought but when the statue edition size is that large, you just have to wonder if some of these defects are due to the workers being rushed or maybe even having fatigue/boredom.

It’s because they haven’t completed other batches . It’s a bad time to replace until more a re made

So will they send out the new ones after the new batch is made or try to get rid of the crap first?

I'm guessing they will keep trying to get rid of what they have. I definitely have no problem waiting until later in the year or early next year to get this (if I decide to). God knows they will have enough - the edition size is gigantic.

I think they push the crap tbh. It’s sad but they kinda have to and if a customer is not happy eventually they just refund .

That’s why I’m kind of waiting at this point .

I really don't understand why they don't actually inspect replacement pieces for defects/damage before they get shipped out to someone? They are really good at getting replacements done but they need to step it up on the quality of the actual replacement products. Having to get something replaced multiple times is not a good business practice. It hurts your reputation and is very costly to the bottom line.
