Another masterpiece.
It just looks like AH.
Harley Quinn and Joker are their weakest pieces but other than that, JND is putting grail after grail.

I find the statue a bit small for 1/3 using the hand as a comparison.
Or am I wrong ?

Hard to say for sure, it's not something that JND has traditionally gotten wrong. Prime1 tends to be oversized for the advertised scale, and I would say Queen matches up, more or less with JND.
It's not something I would be overly concerned with.
