Here is a little of what I have been working on. I did not like having the window in front of my desk, and then there is light issue with collecting statues. So I decided to turn the area into something better. I got some cabinet grade plywood sanded it done with 220, then put the Gotham scene I got from a wallpaper Co. over it and hung it. Used inside corner brackets and then framed it with quarter round. Then added LED Lights. Next step was to build a custom display table to go over the desk. Used 2 x 4's and the left over plywood, used wood inserts for leveling and added a strip of LED lights across the front. I did not like where my Batman Prime 1/ SS statue was displayed you could not see and appreciate the statue . Now I think he looks great and can really see the detail and enjoy the statue. Here are some before and after Pics.

Great display, buddy. Is this The 1/3 Batman statue you were talking about ? I need a big Batman statue myself as the center piece of my collection.

Thanks! No this isn't the 1/3,those may not be here for awhile since they are Prime 1. This is what everyone says is a oversized 1/4 scale. I had it displayed on the opposite side of the room and because of the cape I was only able to position it one way which looked bad, it blocked the light from the statue and I could not enjoy it. That was the catalyst to start this project, I needed to figure out how to display it in a room with limited space. Once you get a larger scale statue you will love it, but you know what comes after 1----2!

I'm glad you finally built a display for your Batman 1/4 to your satisfaction, buddy.

A prime 1 is definetly out of my league with the crazy customs taxes of my country... But may be one last sideshow exclusive Batman statue in the future as a center piece of my collection, just one last Sideshow purchase...

Finally built some display shelfs for the SS DC Trinity Busts. I like ,how it turned out with the limited space I have in the room. Added lights today, got to touch up the walls tomorrow.

Thanks! it's a little hidden from one side, but the pics show the view of how I see it in the room.
