On the subject of hairline, it looks fine. Unlike the Black Widow EX

No way the full arms detach. While Sideshow ships hands separate and sometimes the glove/gauntlet part goes up the arm like on Mystique or Emma, this is more like Jean Grey who has a fixed seam in the armpit but the hands detach. On this statue the detachment point is at the gold wrist bangles, which serve as a place for the cape to hook onto the wrist pegs before insertion.
My guess is this statue will have a head, two hands, the cape. The tricky part is the two separate shoulder pads that magnetize/keyed over the cape’s back attachment area. The cape is probably connected to the underside of the shoulder pads like Magento’s cape. So the cloak is going to be affixed to the shoulder pads, which each magnetize/peg separately to the correct shoulder. There is no manual attachment by user under those pads like Magneto’s cape. So this double shoulder pad/cape monstrosity is one.
Then a body that is wrist to foot AND includes the top of the “wave” of the base.
There are two major seems on the base. The back wave that doesn’t support the figure will probably be separate and the main body will key into the base about mid-way on that wave where the line runs black through the debris. Otherwise that wave is so thin, I do not see them shipping it from the factory without pre-sealing the wave tip to the foot (or having it be one piece and the seam is elsewhere and they have one heck of a painting job around that foot).
In total, my guess is 7 pieces.
