Counting all scales. So they already revealed Mando 1/4 and Mando 1/10.
My guesses for the other six are: Ahsoka (they confirmed she is coming actually), Luke, Boba Fett, Moff Gideon, IG-11 and a Baby Yoda in a bigger scale (they hinted there might be another Baby Yoda).

I'm not sure...I've had it in my wishlist for about a year, and ordered it last week when I got an email about it being in stock.
Mine initially had a fairly noticeable black spot on the back of Grogu's head, but thankfully I was able to safely remove it with some careful finger/nail swipes
