i still have two more payments to go for Trio. the previous one classic edition arrived broken so i returned it. i think it was the plastic bag plus the styrofoam dislocated her shoulder.

So did you just end up getting the trio version and refunding the classic?

Just trying to understand. Hopefully this one ends up okay because there aren't very many left. Shane said there was 1-2 when I asked back in May.

yeah, i ordered trio and got the classic refunded.

In your case did they do an actual refund or did they do a credit?

The reason I wonder is that if the Killer Bee Cammy has an issue, I'd rather get a refund because they don't really have anymore (to my knowledge).

Hopefully it's fine but I'm just wondering.

deposit i made was credited, they had trouble refunding that maybe because i payed it via paypal over year ago. but rest of the payment was refunded back to my paypal.

Okay. Did you get yours from Sideshow? Sorry for so many questions lol.

I had mine from Secret Compass so I suppose I'd have to ask (if it came to that).

yeah i got mine from sideshow.

i did once bought item that arrived broken from secret compass which was a sideshow item similar to yours. i contacted him, and he replaced it for me by contacting the sideshow. so yeah if anything, contact him first.
