For visual comparison purposes, here’s some typical hairlines. I’m using black actresses here, but as wildly different as hairlines can vary, hairlines still have a general normal shape across races.
This statue’s hairline appears to just be round. For me it’s not a deal breaker, but it could be a little better, more natural looking.
And then again, I don’t think it’ll be a complaint at all once we see better, close pics of the portrait, and especially by the time this is in hand. Nobody will care.
