No way this is 1/4 scale, this has to be 1/10. That portrait looks like a 10 year old Sideshow portrait with bad paint app.

It does look like a 1:10 statue, but it really is 1:4.

I wonder who at IS thought that this was a passable sculpt/paint app? I mean they'll probably revise it after the backlash, but that's crude even for a preview. I feel like IS is pushing waaay too many pieces out without giving enough attention to detail.

Oh yikes this has got to be a first draft prototype cmon! It looks like some dude did a quick 3D print from their garage to sell on Etsy. Would have been better for them to present it unpainted in an all gray sculpt if they couldn’t get it spot on before the show!
If this is the finished product then it would be better for them to really get thorough feedback before going forward!

Lol the comments in here are rough. The ones on the original twitter post are as well. This seems like a sure fire piece to get re-tooled a bit.
In all fairness it does say “prototype not final pending approval” or something close to that, but most of the time what they put out is what you get. Or worse yet the final product ends up being worse than the prototype. In this case, I’m not sure you can get much worse than this for Luke’s face lol. Or Grogu for that matter.

I was sure this was 1/10 before seeing the scale written on the post. It looks okay for a 1/10 and really bad for a 1/4. I also think that the way Luke is holding Grogu is weird. It doesn´t look natural at all.
It can be a great piece if they correct these things, but I would much rather a R2-D2 and Luke piece from the original trilogy. I think it´s more iconic. If we can take out Grogu there, I would be more interested hehe.
