The tail went in quite easily. The only thing I did as a precaution was to use a soft cloth on the base when I installed it, to prevent the bottom of the tail from rubbing.

That might be hard to argue after seeing your pictures. I love the Mamegyorai, but understand that the pose is off putting to many. The Prime 1 Dog is right up there with this,. it probably just comes down to which of the two creature designs you prefer. And while I love both, the Big chap is the original and the best for me.

Gonna cross-post here in case other use this forum exclusively. Both of mine arrived today (SC). I had wound up ordering both the Museum and the Action. So far I've only inspected the Museum, and it miraculously arrived in perfect shape, despite the brown shippers looking ravaged and the bottom portion of the Styrofoam (by the Alien's feet) busted out, as though it were dropped hard on-end. Big sigh of relief. Now on to inspection of the DX.

Good to hear at least one is ok. I asked SC about sending Fedex as they seem to treat their packages better(and usually cheaper), but they won't use them for some reason.

Anyone with the action pose one can please pose a picture of the right side head? Particularly the mouth area. Have a weird part that kinda sticks out and not sure wtf it is.

That's a heck of a display, which Big chap is your favourite? Congratulations on receiving this. I've gone back and forth on which version I prefer, and although I ended up opting for the DX (action pose) There is definitely something to be said for the museum pose. Part of me still feels like I probably should have gone for that if only for the more upright head which I do prefer. But I love both versions tbh... Good luck for your next unboxing.
