They had addressed this before in another thread but a “survey of repair” means that they are still tweeking/altering and/or repairing the bust in some sort of way. Sometimes when the busts aren’t finalized they make periodic tweeks so I guess there were some that were significant enough that they didn’t want to present an inaccurate product in the show.
