I'm the opposite... this may now be a possibility for me.

I’m not surprised as most of the ‘votes’ were in favour of this being 1/4 scale on Queens Facebook post.
I’m pretty much stuck with going 1/3 scale and larger for my DC movie collection, as I moved from Sideshow to Prime 1 awhile ago and I don’t want to go backwards. But any one who didn’t make the transition would definitely prefer 1/4 scale as that’s still the most popular scale.

I just saw pics from them with him sitting in a throne. They are making 3 Darkseid pieces? Seems like major overkill.

No they’re not.
That’s the little accent to the back of the bust.
Exactly like their Joker, Godzilla and King Kong busts.

They could lower the price by not putting the mini statues at the back which I think would not even be seen 98% of the time.

True, but it’s cool nonetheless.

I actually am surprised considering the overall lack of Cavil MoS in 1/4 scale. Only works for me because I have the Resinworx piece. I wish I collected 1/3.... I would prefer the P1 Darkseid pose 100%.

On the sideview the leg up is awkward, hoping it looks better straight on. Also hoping to see this next to something for size reference. Even at the smaller 1/4th scale, he should still be a big boy.

It would look more natural if his right arm is the same as his left arm (closed fist, arm pointed downward). If they can provide a switch-out right arm with spear similar to Prime 1 that would be perfect for this pose.
