I have to somewhat agree. Their collectibles (other than statues) have been hit and miss, but they definitely produced their best statues over a decade ago.

Some (on YouTube) seem to think GH is close to shutting shop.
If that is the case, GH should atleast do the right thing, and fulfill orders even if it means breaking rules set my Sony.

Disregarding a licensor's stipulations in a contract even while claiming to "protect" consumers would make any legal matters worse.

Technically Gaming Heads seems to be saying for customers to ask Sony for the royalty/licensing portion of their payments but construing it to imply that Sony is somehow preventing or impeding refunds. That indicates a fault of Gaming Heads.
There is no legal standing between Gaming Heads's customers and Sony or any licensor for that matter.

A message like this is pretty desperate.

Lawyers for huge corporations like Sony rarely would endanger their legal standing especially with something as pitiful as a toy designer. Whether this is financial mismanagement by Gaming Heads or an oversight in their contract that selling Sony licensed merchandise could be terminated at will, I feel fairly confident this is Gaming Heads faux pas.

So glad I never PO'd the Fallout Nuka Cola Girl statue from them....it's been delayed multiple times already.

I know Fallout is not owned by Sony but still glad I held off ordering it in early 2021.

Time and time again the lesson on how to enjoy this hobby is DO NOT PO.

If they dont, I hope this is the end of them

Probably the end either way... refunding will drain the capital until nothing is left, not refunding....

I agree the have misses..but the last one I got (jak3 and big daddy) are not that bad.

I'd like to hear Sony's side of this, but I'll assume they got tired of GH's delays. The whole document is weirdly worded and with repeated phrases trying to make them look like pariah's while their customers are the ones that will suffer in the end. I agree with others that their pieces have not been up to snuff lately. Those Ellie pieces woof...

I doubt Sony care about their delays and I wouldn't hold your breath about hearing Sony's side :<

They obviously care about something. They pulled the rug out from under GH nails and all. Like someone said GH is going to be responsible for the losses and I'd be surprised if it didn't tank the company. I don't expect anything from Sony, but I doubt GH's being 100% forthcoming either.
