Honestly this is just something that you will have to ask your LCS to order for you via Diamond/Previews. It will be no different than any other statue pre-order. I know I have already got a few things coming simply upon request at my shop.

They are indeed being marketed for this event/LCS' but any LCS who deals with Diamond will be able to bring them in as they would any other product. Same principals as Free Comic Book Day, Batman day or Diamond Exclusive statues.

Having said that, just like with those other events, your store will have to be registered as a participant to obtain product.

Well. I have messaged my LCS to see if they can order the Exclusive. Fingers crossed they can get it in.
