Also, I wouldn't want the "founder" near my $2k set of statues, as he had nothing to do with these. The in-house quality "inspections" they used to have were pointless, only introduced hair and dirt into the styrofoam at best. Nothing that replacement pieces and good CS couldn't resolve. APs were another joke, completely meaningless. It became obvious that they were just unnumbered extra copies, when 30-40 "Artist Proofs" would resurface for older pieces.
Only interested in Classic but Decapre sure is tempting.

Partially true, if you ordered the previous evo sets (or ryu at least) you did actually get an additional special discount, including one small one even if you just put down the deposit (5%) when a regular evo order had no discount for deposit iirc.
Sideshow did not originally have this reflected in my order when it transferred to them however I still had the original email where I received the email offering that and my email accepting it (also got to order it earlier then others) and after a little back and forth I got it honored (they originally said no but kind of had to say yes in the end).
Also we were supposed to get some sort of special COA for Ryu which didn't happen but instead they offered a special poster that's all 3 verions of ryu in one face. Had to bug SS about it (to bug PCS) a few times but I got it in the end and it's pretty cool (I prefer it over the coa). Same paper quality as the ones that come in the ultra statues.
