away we go!

so, I've been loving all the fresh updates on this forum and its great to see that everyone is off to a smashing start on their collections in 2013! going along with that, heres a piece i added to cart as soon as i saw it. should be here in a few days. my second OA page of the year! woot woot!

in the many, many times I've read through the Invincible series, I've grown fond of many characters that don't get a lot of time on the page. my favorite villain, without a doubt, is Angstrom Levy. i love his ability to hop through dimensions. my first OA pages are from an arc where he brought back a bunch of alternate Invincibles to go ape $hit and kill everyone. this is an addition to that, kind of.

this is from issue #16, Angstroms first appearance book. we find Angstrom in another dimension where Omni-man and Invincible are really bad guys. love the death of Immortal and Robot as well as a frightened Angstrom before he turned into the mutated monster he is currently.

Invincible #16 page 5

mark has a bunch of Angstrom pages on his site, but, most of them are penciled. this one is penciled and inked by Ottley, a keeper for sure!

Lots of great action. Love it.

I have to admit (sheepishly) that I've never read Invincible. The more I see from you guys, the more I am interested in taking a look at it.

There are others? I think there's one other cat on this board that's into Invincible like me. You guys are all missing out. Hell, there's even a few big green characters in the book since that just about floats everyone's boat. Haha.

Invincible is a great read, and should not be passed up by anyone. I need to try and get something from Ottley at ECCC.

I've been a fan of the book from the start. The great thing is folks have several different ways to get on board. Paperbacks, hardcovers, digital or monthlies for example. Its my favorite book out there.

Great page Rob! One of my goals is to buy more OA from the series this year. Just the one page so far.
