I think all Prime 1 production pieces have stickers with code on them in the factory. Same stickers were on the Batman Batcave factory pics. I think its just some categorizing system to help facilitate shipping

COuld be but they were on specific places so maybe stuff they need to touch up on or something?

Those notes have the edition-No. written on them, so they know with (loose)parts go together.

Parts are made to fit after the general casting and painting stages; e.g. Main base/ base addon/ Body/ Left arm/ head, so they don't become separated afterwards.
But indeed also some places where touch-up is needed.

I would suggest that you contact them to ask Todd directly. He can give you all the details about what's been going on with that.
