Exactly - and they really don't engage with potential customers as much that I have noticed …. If I were them I would have someone actively engaging potential customers on threads and social media ALOT. Especially since they really are untested at this point. It seems everyone is curious but because they go so long without engaging its like a red flag …. Makes me wonder what their customer service would actually be like if there was an issue with their statues ….

None as far as I'm aware of. But I'm not even a fan of the prototypes they've shown. I was excited when they announced that they were making Ada Wong and Vergil but they both look very mediocre to me. They're nowhere near the level of Prime 1 or Queen Studios, that's for sure.
