Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes. That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Personally, I find her distractingly small compared to the size of the base. For the main subject matter of the piece, I feel like she should have more of a presence. She becomes a focal point to me only because her colours make her pop.

This piece makes me think of the Prime 1 Wonder Woman vs Hydra statue. Similar concept of fighting "multiple" monsters, similar enough pose, and even same price and size despite being two different scales. If edited to the same scale, the Tomb Raider statue is mainly base whereas the Wonder Woman piece makes her a huge part of the sculpted element. The Hydra is still quite large, but it doesn't dominate the mass of the statue. Maybe Lara's got a better silhouette being up on top, but Diana feels more like she's integrated and the focus to me and it's just as much of a diorama telling a story.

Just my opinion though. I just really wanted to adore this piece, and I unfortunately can't justify purchasing it for myself.

I just noticed the hammers are down on her guns, they couldn't fire like that being single action. I don't remember, were they that way in the game?

Putting aside size, price, focal points etc. This is one amazing piece!
While i admire the realistic Lara, i still very much like the cartoony styled Lara.

I wonder how the thick the metal rod is that connects Lara's foot to the dinosaurs shoulder?
Presumably the dinosaur contains a few metal rods also.

Acc gamesite it was a Colt 1911 MKIV Single. So the shape of the grip is wrong.

Always thought Lara was waving with large Desert eagles and not standard 1911.

She did have Desert Eagles at some point. That was always my favorite gun.

Yea, they are going for the "base" guns here. I would have liked the machine pistols, though a couple Desert Eagles are not a bad choice either, I have had quite a few.

I think the Uzis would have been a nice choice for this scene, esp. since the raptors would take a bit more firepower then the standard guns in the game.

Yea, the micro-Uzis would have been a nice option, it's too bad there isn't a swap out available for all 3 choices.
