Maybe there will be 4 total, all modeled after the four symbols? Azure dragon and white tiger were 1 and 2, and this one looks like the black tortoise.

They aren't that mysterious, they are formerly taurus studios, but their fb closed down cause blizzard kept flagged it for copy right violations since they were making blizzard/diablo statues. They rebranded as taurus workshop and do original stuff. Unsure if they are still making the unlicensed stuff, I think they stopped but they do have a group for their remaining previous orders under some chinese app called band or something. They also made some marvel stuff (helmets, thanos gauntlet)
Yeah one head seems off, they are wip pics anyway I believe.

You're right. The last one should be the Vermillion Phoenix ?
I own an Azure Dragon, sculpted by PKKing, and produced by Gantaku. A very nice piece. And easier to display than the Coreplay one. Unfortunately, the line is probably dead.
